The New World (2005) (4/4 stars)
I liked this somewhat long movie a lot, beautifully shot on 65mm film, and immense attention to detail. Some reviewer mentioned: "Watching The New World is like watching a snail cross an eight-lane highway." -- Paul Clinton (CNN.com) I can see his point but I still loved the movie.
